以下是我学习英语的个人经历，将按照四种语言技能的顺序进行阐述，Here is my personal experience in leaning English which will be stated in the order of the four language skills,

某事发生在某人身上something happen to somebody,

碰巧做happen to do,

 碰巧正发生 happen to be doing,

碰巧做过happen to have done,

It happens that + 从句 碰巧是 ，发生的情况是

引导非限定性定语从句时不用that, 只能用which,

这棵树有四百年的历史，在这里很有名。  The tree, which is four hundred years old, is very famous here,

介词后不用that, 只能用which,

枪支管制是美国人经常谈论的话题。Gun control is a subject, about which Americans talked a lot,

在不定代词，anything, nothing, everything, all, much, few, any, little,等作先行词时，先行词有the only, the very, the just,修饰时，只用that,

他就是那个帮助女孩从水里出来的人。 He is the very man that helped the girl out of the water,

先行词为序数词the last, 形容词最高级时，只用that,

我读的第一本英文书是马克·吐温的《王子与乞丐》。The first English book that I read was “The Prince and the Pauper” by Mark Twin,

先行词既有人，又有物时。只用that,

他谈到了他参观过的老师和学校。 He talked about the teachers and schools that he visited,

当主句是以who, 或which, 开始的特殊疑问句时，用that, 以避免重复。

是谁买了一辆新车？。Who was it that bought a new car?,
